 The “Deflate-gate”
…” The Patriots will begin their Super Bowl title defense without the services of the franchise's all-time greatest player.

The NFL announced Monday that Tom Brady has been suspended without pay for four games for violating the NFL policy on the integrity of the game. The team will also be fined $1 million and will forfeit a 2016 first-rounder and 2017 fourth-round selection in the NFL Draft. Brady's agent announced Monday that his client will appeal the suspension.”[http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000492185/article/tom-brady-suspended-4-games-plans-to-appeal]
My point today is the fact that Locker room attendants are responsible for those balls being altered. Whether of not Brady knew about it or not, the fact remains those balls were altered. I do not believe Brady ordered this because one does not become a great quarterback by play with the air in the balls. The locker room attendant is suspended without pay and the Patriots lose position in the draft picks.
I do understand the officials are trying not to” play favorites” and set an example, Aside from quarterback Tom Brady, the release of Ted Wells' report on Tuesday will focus on two other names you may not have heard before from the New England Patriots' organization: Jim McNally and John Jastremski.

…“McNally's name has been thrown in before in this matter — he's the Patriots' officials locker room attendant and calls himself "the deflator." Jastremski is an equipment assistant for the team.

The pair exchange multiple text messages published in the report about Brady and deflating footballs, including one back-and-forth in which McNally sounds angry at the quarterback. We can't print all of them due to foul language, but here's a sampling:

McNally: Make sure you blow up the ball to look like a rugby ball so tom can get used to it before sunday
Jastremski: Omg

And here's another:
Jastremski: Size 11?
Jastremski: 2 or 3X?

McNally: Tom must really be on you

McNally: 11 0r 11 half......2x unless its tight fitting

Jastremski: Nah. Hasnt even mentioned it, figured u should get
something since he gives u nothing

Another exchange appears to imply Brady would give them autographed memorabilia:

McNally: Remember to put a couple sweet pig skins ready for tom to sign
Jastremski: U got it kid...big autograph day for you

McNally: Nice throw some kicks in and make it real special

Jastremski: It ur lucky. 11?

McNally: 11 or 11 and half kid

There's also this paragraph from page 18 of the report:

"Additional evidence of Bradys awareness includes a material increase in the frequency of telephone and text communications between Brady and Jastremski shortly after suspicions of ball tampering became public on January 19. After not communicating by telephone or text message for more than six months (based on data retrieved from Jastremski's cell phone), Brady and Jastremski spoke by telephone at least twice on January 19 (calls lasting a total of 25 minutes and 2 seconds), twice on January 20 (calls lasting a total of 9 minutes and 55 seconds) and twice on January 21 (calls lasting a total of 20 minutes and 52 seconds) before Jastremski surrendered his cell phone to the Patriots later that day for forensic imaging. These calls included conversations relatively early during the mornings of January 19 (7:26 a.m. for 13 minutes and 4 seconds), January 20 (8:22 a.m. for 6 minutes and 21 seconds) and January 21 (7:38 a.m. for 13 minutes and 47 seconds). Brady also took the unprecedented step of inviting Jastremski to the QB room (essentially Bradys office) in Gillette Stadium on January 19 for the first and only time that Jastremski can recall during his twenty-year career with the Patriots, and Brady sent Jastremski text messages seemingly designed to calm Jastremski ("You good Jonny boy?"; "You doing good?").]..[
